1. Right to Amend and Update

Papa Amulet reserves the right to modify, update, or cancel these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Users should check this page regularly.

2. Shop Policy

Papa Amulet was founded with the intention to share sacred objects obtained from family, relatives, and faithful devotees, offering them for purchase through an honest and transparent online system.
For newly created sacred items, we aim to make them accessible to those living at a distance at fair prices.

3. Privacy Policy

All personal information of users will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, unless required by law.

4. Purchase Conditions

  • Buyers must review all item information, details, and purchase procedures completely before placing an order.

  • Please provide accurate personal information and shipping address to ensure prompt and correct delivery.

  • After receiving a confirmation email from the shop, buyers must complete payment within 3 days. If payment is not made by then, the shop reserves the right to cancel the purchase without prior notice.

  • Some sacred items are displayed without a price for display only. If interested, please contact the shop directly.

5. Shipping

  • The shop uses Thailand Post for deliveries. Buyers will receive a tracking number to check shipping status on their own.

  • Any loss, damage, or delays after dispatch are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. However, the shop will assist with tracking when possible.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Buyers must inspect the sacred item within 7 days of receiving it.

  • Returns or refunds are accepted only in these cases:

    • The received item does not match the description on the website

    • The received item is not the one purchased

    • The item arrived damaged or defective (must provide photographic evidence before returning)

  • If returning an item, use Thailand Post EMS. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Once the shop verifies and confirms the return, the buyer may choose to:

    • Exchange for another sacred item of similar value (if the new item is more expensive, the buyer pays the difference; if cheaper, the shop refunds the difference), or

    • Request a full refund

7. Image Copyright

  • All images of sacred objects on the website are copyrighted by Papa Amulet.

  • Backgrounds may be edited, but the sacred object itself has not been color-altered. Color variation may result from users’ screen settings.

  • If customers want more detail or clearer shots, the shop is happy to provide additional photos as appropriate.

8. Disclaimer

Papa Amulet provides and sells sacred objects solely for the purposes of collection, study, and auspiciousness.
The shop does not guarantee or endorse any supernatural powers, spiritual benefits, or effects associated with them.
Buyers or site users should use their own discretion and personal belief.

9. Intellectual Property

All text, content, images, logos, trademarks, designs, and components on PapaAmulet.com are the intellectual property of Papa Amulet.
Reproduction, copying, modification, adaptation, or public distribution without written permission is prohibited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Thai law.
Any disputes or legal issues arising from using the site shall be under the jurisdiction of Thai courts exclusively.
